For Couples

How do I create my wedding website?

Create an account, choose a template, enter your wedding details, and publish. You can change your subdomain or connect a custom domain at any time.

How does RSVP tracking work?

Each invited guest gets a personalised link. When they RSVP, the response is recorded against their record so you always see who responded, who is bringing a plus-one, and any dietary preferences. You can also track invitation views.

What plans are available and how much do they cost?

We offer one-time purchase plans (no recurring subscriptions). Pricing is shown on the dashboard before you check out, and all sales are final.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. Paid plans support custom domains — point your DNS to our service and we will issue an HTTPS certificate automatically.

How do I delete my wedding and account?

Open your wedding settings and use the "Danger Zone" section to delete. You will have 30 days to restore before permanent deletion. (This feature is coming with the next update.)

Do you send marketing emails?

No. We only send transactional emails: account verification, payment receipts, and the invitations you ask us to send to your guests.

For Guests

I got an invitation email — is it real?

If a couple you know is using Godly Weddings, the email comes from us on their behalf. Look for the couple's names in the "from" line. If you are not sure, ask the couple directly.

How do I RSVP?

Click the link in your invitation email. You will see the couple's wedding site and a form to confirm whether you are attending, bring a plus-one, share dietary preferences, and leave a message.

Can I unsubscribe from invitation emails?

Yes — every invitation email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you from further emails about that wedding.

Who can see my dietary information and personal message?

Only the couple and people they invite to manage their wedding. We do not share your details with third parties.

How do I get my data deleted?

Contact the couple to remove you from their guest list, or email info@godlyweddings.com directly and we will action your request.

For Vendors

How do I apply to be listed?

Click "List your business" from the vendors page and complete the application. We review every submission and will notify you by email when your listing is approved.

What does "Featured" or "Verified" mean?

Featured listings appear at the top of category pages. Verified listings have provided proof of business identity. Both are paid upgrades available after approval.

How do I receive inquiries?

When a couple sends you an inquiry it appears in your vendor dashboard and we forward a notification to your contact email.

Can I edit my listing after approval?

Yes — log in to your vendor dashboard to update photos, services, and contact details. Major changes may be re-reviewed before going live.

What personal data do you collect?

Do you use cookies?

We use a small number of essential cookies (sign-in, security) without consent, plus optional analytics cookies which only load if you click "Accept" on our banner. You can clear your browser storage at any time to reset.

How do I exercise my GDPR rights?

Email info@godlyweddings.com with your request (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). We respond within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

On servers operated by our subprocessors in the US and EU, with appropriate data transfer safeguards in place. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
